Well it is official! Mom turned 70 years old yesterday. We celebrated with a wonderful flower arrangement built by my talented wife that rivaled any professional bouquet that you could buy in stores and then went to a great local restaurant that is in a beautiful part of Virginia.

Sherry, Rena’s sister and her boyfriend Jim were there as well. They got mom a beautiful, silver Coach hand-bag and Mom went crazy over it. Per usual, Mom started dinner with a champagne cocktail. Her and dad use to love sharing them together, and mom still likes to have one (or four) with dinner. She is so cute, bad, but cute. We were able to bless mom with a circle diamond pendant and necklace. She really loved it as well.

It was a lovely evening shared by all. We love you mom, happy birthday!
